Happy Mother's Day to all of the mom's out there!!!
I made this card for my mother quite some time ago, but didn't want her to see it until she opened it and her gift today :o)
I have used 'Whiff of Joy' image this time 'Willow reading a story' because it looks just like me and my younger brother years ago and I so hoped it would bring back some great memories for my mom......
All the papers I used on this card were left overs so I am sorry I no longer know the names of them :o( This is my attempt at a Shabby looking card! The heart buttons are hand made by me and topped with Crystal Lacquer with SU Dazzling Diamonds sprinkled on top. I have tied them with scrappers floss. Sentiment is from SU - 'Messages For Mom'. All edges have been inked with SU 'Bashful Blue'. I have scraped the two pink papers on the front with a razor blade.
Here is the front of the card:
A few details for you:
The inside:
Copics used: Skin: E0000, E000, E00 ~ Cheeks: R20 ~ Chair: G0000, G21, G24 ~ Boys shirt and chair legs: E33, E35, E15 ~ Girls blouse: R81, R83, R85, B21 ( touch of blue ) ~ Girls jeans and socks: B93, B95, B97 ~ Boys pants: C1, C3, C5 ~ Patches on girls jeans: R81, V17 ~ Book: E50, E51, E53 ~ Girls hair: Y11, Y21, YR21 ~ Boys hair: Y11, YR21, YR24.
