Magnolia Inspiration

Good Morning!

Today is the new Inspiration Challenge at Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog

Here is our Inspiration Picture:

Isn't it wonderful? I love the peaceful winter scene.
Chrissy choose the theme again this month and what she has asked for is mostly WHITE on our card with a little bit of colour.

Please take a trip over to the Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has made this time......

This is how I have interpreted the Challenge:

Here is a close up of Tilda: I have used Crystal Lacquer on her tear and the buttons on her boots -

Here is the bottom of the card:
And here it is with the sentiment part open:

I have used Fairwell Tilda from the Bon Voyage Collection. She is number #215 but unfortunately isn't in stock at the moment.
I have also used the DooHickey Dies: Swirl#4 and Doily Flowers #8 . Everything is from Diana's Store. The very best place to buy all of your Magnolia images at the very best price and the biggest inventory as well. If something is out of stock a quick email to Diana will have it in for you in no time :o) Diana also carries the MINI MAGNOLIA'S and is the only store in North America to do so. They are SO wonderful and addicting too!!! :o)

I sure hope you will join us at the Challenge Blog and enter a card, cause this time Diana is giving away a $25.00 Gift Certificate!!

Recipe:
Christmas Cuttlebug embossing folder - lightly coloured with Copics
Dazzling Diamonds used on the roof tops and snowflakes and background sprayed with Frost White Glitter Mist.
New Cuttlebug embossing folder that embosses and also cuts out the middle piece - sprayed with Irridescent Gold Glitter Mist
Sizzix Ticket die
Sentiment: computer generated by me
Rhinestones from my stash
Misc. Crystals from my stash

Copics:
Skin - E0000, E000, E00
Cheeks - R20
Dress/ Hankie - R0000, R000, R01, R02
Apron/Socks - G0000, G00, G02
Boots - E41, E42, E44

Hair - YR04, YR18, E13, E99

Thank you so much for coming to see me today.
I may not be back until after Christmas. We are leaving in about 6 days for Vancouver to spend the holiday with our son, D-I-L and Grandchildren.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a wonderful 2011 :o)
Love, Candy

Love this snowy winter scene you've created--just beautiful Candy! But the perverse side of me sees Tilda as "ME" waving goodbye to winter, lol (I wish)!
