Hi Blogging Friends,

It was my turn to pick the Challenges
at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog
this month.

Here is my photo for colours:

I love the way this picture looks
so homey and comfortable.

The colours are anything that you see:
shades of pink, green, cream, white
a few different shades of brown.

My attempt at this Challenge of mine
was a huge comedy of errors from the start!!

I use digital papers most of the time.
As I was printing them out my printer
told me I was out of ink!
So they are all wishy washy!

As I was colouring my wonderful image -
" Little Tilda " #241 from the  'Little Christmas
Collection, several of my Copic Pens
ran dry :o(
All my flesh colours and my soft pinks.
Those are the colours I use the most.
I have to place an order for inks now.

Remember my camera broke
last Challenge - well I haven't
been able to buy a new one yet, so
I asked someone else to take the pictures.
They were so bad the only one that
you could see was the front of the card.
And it looks awful!

I have been sitting here since Tuesday wondering
if I should even post, but I was afraid some of
you would come looking and wonder what the
heck I was up to without one.

So here is my poor poor Little Tilda:

Such a sweet little one.
I will use her again soon in
a new card, hopefully with all my
issues corrected!

I used a small silver corner,
some 'wrinkled' pink seam  binding
with a lovely blingy stone on the top,
plus rhinestones all around the oval.
The inside has the same paper with
a sentiment on the left and an
oval just like this one; with all the
rhinestones, on the right side.

Oh dear - she looks so much better
in real life. Her wings are all sparkly
with Diamond Dust too.

All I can say is I am so sorry I botched
this card up so bad :o(

Please head on over to the CHALLENGE BLOG
to see all the new gals that have joined us this month.
Their work is awesome and will be a wonderful
addition to our TEAM.

Do try to join us this time.
As always, DIANA
will give out a $25.00
GIFT CERTIFICATE!!

Love,
Candy

Candy, I'm sorry for all your "happenings" . If you lived closer, I probably could have refilled your copics for you and you would have been able to borrow my camera. Tilda turned out beautifully, If you had said nothing we wouldn't have even known....... Great job of covering up!

Awww, Candy, she is cute as can be. Even if she happened to be part of a comedy of errors...LOL...she is still darling. I hope you get a new camera soon. I know what it's like to be without one.

Dear Sweet Candy - I know what you mean about the card looking better in real life! Mine always do. Your card is just as sweet as it can be and I know you will get all your problems solved. I made a birthday card for one of my granddaughters not long ago and it photographed so badly - I just did not post it. I am thinking about posting it as a tutorial "what not to do!". Your card is fine - do not worry!!

Oh my!! what a comedy of errors you've had this past few weeks Candy. I love this sweet image and she is beautifully coloured. I hope you get all your replacements soon. Camera, copic inks and printer inks. They say bad luck comes in 3's so that's you had them all.
